they arent sposd to hav seatbelts its a military choper, theyr sposd to b able to get out of the chopper as quickly as possible, but in cases lik this...ur as good as dead evn with a seatbelt, the shards from the rotors would prolly shred anything nearby n the choppers body wud crush anything that fell out..
